Natural resources are scarce and need to be protected. For this reason, the environmental practice group is at the forefront. Not only have we advised clients on projects from an environmental perspective, but we have also represented clients with diverse interests and subject to strict controls in their countries and economic zone of origin, especially the United States and the European Union.
We also advise our clients on how to mitigate their environmental contingencies, and work together with them in their relationships with environmental supervision authorities. Our work extends, among others, to advising clients on the handling of hazardous substances, the protection of natural reserves and protected species; all that in the search for balance between sustainable development and the viability of different economic projects.
