Blanca Isabel Gaete concentrates her practice in the areas of Litigation, Arbitration, and Commercial Law.

She is a professor’s assistant in Civil Law and Tax Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

Previously, she was also a professor’s assistant in Constitutional law, Administrative law, Natural law, Philosophical Foundations of Law and Law, Science, and Technology Program at the same university.

She joined Claro & Cía. in 2026.
