EXPERIENCE
Bryan Kernitsky is mainly focused on Intellectual Property & New Technologies such as trademarks, patents and copyrights, as well as other related areas such as privacy and data protection, advertising and labeling regulations.
He was teaching assistant of Constitutional Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile Law School between 2010 and 2017, as well teaching assistant of Common Law Contract in 2011 and 2015.
He was admitted to practice in Chile in 2014
He joined Claro & Cia. in 2018.
