Felipe is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution team active in Arbitration, Litigation, Consumer Protection Law, International Commerce and Antitrust and Economic Regulation.

Felipe has acted on behalf of national and foreign clients before the Chilean Courts, as well as Arbitral Tribunals, both domestic and international. Felipe has been involved in arbitrations under the ICC, AAA, ICSID, UNCITRAL and Cam Santiago rules.

He was teaching assistant of Civil Law and Civil Procedure at Universidad de Chile, and Civil Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

Felipe has been recognized by Chambers & Partners as Associate to Watch in the Dispute Resolution – Arbitration category, both in the Latin-American and Global rankings.

He joined Claro & Cía. in 2013. Between 2019-2020 he worked as foreign associate in the International Arbitration Group at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, New York.
