Ignacio’s practice focuses on litigation and administrative sanctioning procedures, especially regarding regulatory matters, and administrative and constitutional litigation. He has represented clients before different regulators and ordinary and special courts, including various cases related to the financial industry. He also has experience in commercial, antitrust, and consumer protection matters, as well as in internal investigations.
For years, he also worked as a teaching assistant of Economic Law (2009-2018), Constitutional Law (2010-2018), and Civil Law (2012-2018) at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile Law School.
He joined Claro & Cía. in 2014. Between 2019 and 2020 he worked in Shearman & Sterling’s litigation practice, in New York.
