EXPERIENCE
Pablo Becerra is mainly focused on public law, litigation and administrative litigation.
He was previously with Tavolari & Cía. (2011-2018) and Cariola, Diez, Pérez-Cotapos & Cía. (2010-2011). He was a teaching assistant for law clinic (2007-2013) and procedural law (2007-2018) at the University of Chile’s law school.
He is the author of El Rol de la Corte Suprema (2017), coauthor of the collective book Reformas Necesarias a la Justicia Chilena (2018) and author of “Potestades Sancionatorias en el Proyecto de Reforma a la Ley 19.628 de Protección de Datos Personales” and “Corte Suprema y Recurso Extraordinario: algunas consideraciones de cara a la Reforma Procesal Civil”. Also, he is co-translator of the Spanish language version of Anatomy of Tort Law, by Peter Cane (2011).
He joined Claro & Cia. in 2018.
