EXPERIENCE
Paz Ignacia Pérez focuses on Litigation, Arbitration, Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions.
She is a professor’s assistant in Commercial Law, Constitutional Law, and Roman Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
Previously, she was also a professor’s assistant in Administrative Law at the same university.
She joined Claro & Cia. in 2026.

Recipient of the Luis Gutiérrez Alliende award, granted to the graduate with the highest grade point average in the minimum subjects of Economic Law and Commercial Law, 2024.
