Rafael Cruzat is mainly focused on Tax Law. In that area, he has provided tax advice to national and international companies, including investment structuring, reorganizations, financing, and highly complex transactions.
Since 2020 he is a Tax Law professor at the School of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. In addition, between 2012 and 2019 he was assistant professor of Business Law at the same School.
He joined Claro & Cia. in 2015.
He is admitted to practice in Chile.
