EXPERIENCE
Ricardo mainly focuses his practice in national and international arbitration, and litigation both in civil and commercial subjects. He also provides legal advice on matters related with antitrust, regulated markets, contracts, and other subjects of commercial and civil law.
Ricardo is also a professor of Civil Law and Construction Law at the Diego Portales University. He was also professor’s assistant of Civil Law, Commercial Law, Introduction to Law, and Moral Philosophy at the University of Chile. In addition, he was professor’s assistant in Civil Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and the Adolfo Ibáñez University.
Additionally, Ricardo was coach of the team of the Diego Portales University for the International Competition of Arbitration and Commercial Law, and one of the coaches of the University of Chile’s teams for The Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and the International Competition of Arbitration and Commercial Law.
He joined Claro & Cía. in 2016 as an attorney assistant and in 2021 as an associate, in the same year that he became a lawyer.
