Sofia La Roche has focused her practice on corporate law, with experience in Merger and Acquisitions, Capital Market, Corporate Law and Finance.
She was assistant professor of Civil Law and Private International Law at Universidad de Chile.
She joined Claro & Cia. in 2021. In the period 2024-2025, she worked as International Lawyer at Paul Hastings LLP, New York.
