Antonio has focused his practice in litigation and arbitration, acting as counsel in complex court proceedings in Chile and on national and international arbitrations ad-hoc and under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the Santiago Chamber of Commerce (CAM Santiago). He also has relevant experience in bankruptcy and reorganization proceedings.
During his first two years at Claro y Cía., Antonio was also an associate to our M&A practice.
Since 2011, Mr. Larraín is a teaching assistant of Constitutional Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Additionally, since 2016, he is a teaching assistant of Civil Law in the same university.
He joined Claro & Cia. in 2016.
