EXPERIENCE
Benjamin Gutierrez focuses on litigation and arbitration.
He is a professor’s assistant in Administrative Law and Legal Philosophy at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
Previously, he was also a professor’s assistant in Constitutional Law and Criminal Law at the same university.
He worked as an associate at Claro & Cía. between 2020 and 2022. He then worked for a year in the litigation team of the NGO Comunidad y Justicia. He rejoined Claro & Cía. in April 2023.
