EXPERIENCE
Clemente Recabarren focuses his practice on public law, advising clients on administrative law, administrative sanctions law, and constitutional law.
In academia, he serves as Assistant Professor of Constitutional Law and Foundations of Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He previously served as a Stipendiary Lecturer in Jurisprudence and Constitutional Law at Christ Church College, University of Oxford.
He began his professional career as an associate at Claro & Cía. in 2017. Between 2018 and 2020, he worked as a legal advisor to the President of the Republic, in the Legal-Legislative Division of the Ministry of the General Secretariat of the Presidency (Ministerio Secretaría General de la Presidencia). He subsequently earned his Master’s in Law and Doctorate in Law from the University of Oxford, United Kingdom.
