EXPERIENCE
Cristóbal Valdés is mainly focused on Natural Resources, Energy, Environmental, Mining and Litigation.
He is a professor’s assistant in Mining Law at Universidad de Chile.
Previously, he was also a professor’s assistant in the Environmental Law and Conflict Resolution Clinic at the same university.
He joined Claro & Cia. In 2024.
