EXPERIENCE
Javier Undurraga has focused his practice in the areas of Tax Law, specifically in tax defense and litigation.
Previously, he worked as a lawyer for the consulting firm PwC Chile, between 2010 and 2013, to later join the Chilean Internal Revenue Service where he worked between 2013 and 2020, reaching the position of Head of the Department of Administrative Tax Procedures, of the Santiago Oriente Metropolitan Regional Division.
He joined Claro & Cia. in 2020.
