Javiera Gutiérrez is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution team active in Litigation, Arbitration, International Trade and Reorganization and Insolvency. She has acted on behalf of national and foreign clients before Chilean Courts and Arbitral Tribunals, both domestic and international.

She is a Professor of Civil Procedure Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

She joined Claro & Cia. in 2017.
