José María Eyzaguirre Fernández focuses on Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions and Project Finance.
Between 2005 and 2007 he was assistant professor of Economic Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile Law School. Additionally, between 2007 and 2012 he was assistant professor of Civil Law in the same University.
He joined Claro & Cia. as an associate in 2009, and between 2013 and 2014 worked as an visiting attorney in Shearman & Sterling, New York.
In 2020, he became partner at Claro & Cia.
He is admitted to practice in Chile.
