EXPERIENCE
Martín mainly focuses on Litigation and Arbitration.
He has acted on behalf of national and foreign clients before Chilean courts, as well as national and international arbitral tribunals. Martin has been involved in arbitrations under the arbitration rules of the ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL and CAM Santiago.
Currently, he lectures on litigation before international tribunals at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and is also a teaching assistant in Civil Law and Arbitration. Previously, he was also a professor’s assistant in Constitutional Law, Economic Law, Public International Law and Antitrust Law at the same university.
He joined Claro & Cía. in 2021.
