EXPERIENCE
ablo Recabarren has focused his practice on the areas of Litigation and Arbitration and Competition Law.
He is a teaching assistant and research associate in the departments of Procedural Law and Criminal Law, respectively, at the Universidad de los Andes.
Previously, he also served as a teaching assistant in Natural Law and as a research assistant for Constitutional Law and Administrative Law at the same university.
He joined Claro & Cía. in 2020. Between 2024 and 2025, he worked in the international litigation and arbitration department at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in London, UK.
