Rafael Mackay has focused his professional practice on Mergers & Acquisitions, Banking & Finance, Capital Markets and Corporate Law.

He has served as a teaching assistant for the courses “Civil Law” and “Corporate Leading Cases and Their Impact on Regulation,” both at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

Previously, he worked as an international associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, New York (2025-2026), and at Carey & Cia. (2018-2021).

He joined Claro & Cia. in 2021.
